2025 MCS Officiating - Team Wahoos

It is that time of year again. The temperatures are warming, the birds are singing, the pollen is exploding - spring is definitely upon us. That also means it is time to start thinking about summer swim. Go Wahoos!
I am emailing you today about officiating for the 2025 season. As you know, the meets cannot proceed without MCSL certified officials. Many of you have officiated in the past, and the Wahoos are grateful for your service. Below is a table pulled from the MCSL Officials Webpage with the current status of our officials. Many of us need to be recertified for the 2025 season!

Please check if you need to renew your training. The Wahoos need your help! I would also point out that we are in desperate need of Referees and Starters. If you have been a Stroke & Turn official for 2 or more years, you are eligible to become a Referee or Starter. If you become a Referee and actively work the majority of the 2025 season, the Wahoos board will refund the registration cost for one child. We need your help!
There will be plenty of opportunities to renew or upgrade your MCSL training to Starter or Referee starting next month. The dates and times of these opportunities are also provided on the MCSL Officials Webpage as well as pasted below. Please check your calendars and try to take advantage of these training opportunities.
