Do I have to buy a team suit?
Although team suits are not required, a swimmer must wear a suit of team colors (any combination of black, red and white) when attending swim meets. Girls must wear a one piece and we recommend that boys wear a jammer. Suits can be purchased on our website at a 40% discount off retail. See the Get Out and Swim Logo on the left of the home page.
It’s raining; do we still have a swim meet?
If the pool is open, we are swimming. If it is raining too hard and the lifeguards cannot see the bottom of the pool, they will delay the meet. The will also delay the meet for thunder or lightning. If the meet is delayed, PLEASE DON’T LEAVE. When the pool is cleared to open we will begin where we left off.
Please remember to bring extra towels and warm clothes to change in to and possibly a rain jacket or umbrella.
